Brief Introduction of inclined auger screw conveyor

Auger Screw conveyor, also called auger screw conveyor, can lift all kinds of powder, granule and

match with packaging machine to accomplish the automatic feeding, and single usage in other situation. Screw conveyor is devided in two types of horizontal conveyor and vertical conveyor, its mainly used for all kinds of powder, particles, small block and loose material transport and vertical lifting.

(1)Conveying powdery material, granular material and small bulk material, such as cement, coal powder, soda ash, grain, chemical fertilizer, ash, sand, coke, dry milk powder, salt, soybean powder etc.

(2)In general, the working environment temperature is between -30 and 50°c, and the temperature of materials conveyed is between -20 and 200°c.

Auger screw conveyor advantages:

1. Using double electric motors : feeding motor & vibrating motor, separately controlled.

2. Product funnel is design to be adjustable vibrate, which lead to avoid product blocking and improve the adaptation of different products.
